About Scott

Scott Birdsall is a general contractor with over thirty-five years of experience in custom home building and remodeling. With more than 140 completed projects throughout Ventura County, he has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

His approach is grounded in integrity, clear communication, and close coordination with architects, tradespeople, and city agencies. Scott hand-selects every trade partner based on the quality of their work and their fit for the project.

Scott grew up in the industry, working alongside his father on job sites from the age of eleven. He studied at Gonzaga University, spending summers in carpentry to learn firsthand which techniques and materials produce lasting homes. He also spent a year studying architecture and art in Europe, sharpening his eye for craftsmanship and detail. After graduating in 1985, he returned to Ventura to begin his career. His passion for building exceptional homes is evident in every project and in the ongoing relationships he maintains with his clients. Scott lives in Ventura with his wife.
